The Modern Monk Daily Practice is a simple, structured routine designed to help you live with more presence, balance, and clarity — not just on the cushion, but through your whole day.

It’s the practical heart of the Modern Monk Method: combining yoga, breathwork, and meditation under the guidance of mindfulness to bring all four parts of your mind into harmony.

Each practice gently retrains the nervous system, so awareness — not reactivity — becomes your default setting. Over time, you begin to notice the shift:

  • less effort, more flow

You can join live online every morning, or practice with the daily recordings whenever it fits your rhythm. Either way, you’ll be training alongside a growing global community of Modern Monks — people committed to showing up each day, not to escape life, but to meet it fully awake.
