Itâs the practical heart of the Modern Monk Method: combining yoga, breathwork, and meditation under the guidance of mindfulness to bring all four parts of your mind into harmony.
Each practice gently retrains the nervous system, so awareness â not reactivity â becomes your default setting. Over time, you begin to notice the shift:
