5-Day Modern Monk Mindfulness Retreat

Join us for five days of immersive practice where we slow down, come home to ourselves, and rediscover what it means to live with clarity, compassion, and presence. Guided by the Modern Monk Mindfulness Method, you’ll move through the same practices we use in our daily sessions — only this time, in the supportive rhythm of retreat.

What We’ll Do Together
Each day follows the same Modern Monk Mindfulness Method of our daily practice.Â

We weave these practices together with periods of silence, teachings, group discussion, mindful eating, and time in nature. By repeating this cycle together, it becomes second nature — something you can lean on long after the retreat ends.
The Power of Community
Practicing on your own is valuable. Practicing together is transformative. On retreat, you’ll be surrounded by others walking the same path, all showing up to care for their minds. The shared silence, group rhythm, and daily reflections create a field of support you can feel.
And the retreat doesn’t end when we part ways. You’ll be invited to join the Modern Monk Community of Practice, where we gather online each day to continue our practice. Retreat deepens your foundation. Community sustains it.

Lodging: Comfortable single rooms (note: 1 shared bathroom per 2 rooms)
